Passed away peacefully after a long illness, bravely borne on the 12th of February, surrounded by his loving family in the compassionate and dignified care of the wonderful staff in Our lady of Knock ward at the Galway Clinic.
Predeceased by his parents Michael & Christina and beloved Uncle Stephen.
Brian will be sadly missed by his beloved daughters Christine (McMahon) and Jessica (Higgins), their mother Philomena, sons in-law Niall and Kaelen, his adored grandchildren Conall, Tiernan and Aodha, his brother Paul, sisters Mary (Daly) and Teresa (Turley), sister in-law Phil and brothers in-law Tommy and Tom, his uncle Tom Dempsey, nephews, nieces, extended family and relatives along with his friends, neighbours and work colleagues down through his years in business.
Reposing at Quinn’s Funeral Home, Athenry on Friday 14th of February from 5pm to 7pm.
Arriving at St. Peter & Paul’s Church, Kiltullagh (H65KC89) on Saturday 15th February for Requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards to Kiltullagh Cemetery. House private on Saturday morning. Family Flowers only by request. Donations if desired to Galway Hospice https://galwayhospice.ie/donate/.
