It is with deep sadness that Brendan’s family shares the news of his death at home on Sunday, 8 October, peacefully with his dearly loved family by his side. Predeceased by his parents Harry and Susan, infant brother Desmond and sister Betty. Deeply mourned by his much-loved wife Marion (née Mulholland), son Des, daughters Amie and Yvonne and their partners Sinéad, Dryden and Tomás, by his very precious grandchildren Lauren, Patrick, Eliza, Aoife, Emma, Alice and Róisín, sisters Marian and Susan and brother-in-law Gerry. relatives and many friends.
Reposing at the O’ Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, on Thursday, 12 October, from 4.30 p.m. with Removal at 6.00 p.m. to the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Brendan on Friday, 13 October, at 11 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon Cemetery.
