Predeceased by her parents Joseph and Nora, and her baby sister Mary Ann.

Breda passed away on Monday 26th February 2024 in the care of the staff of Galway University Hospital and will be sadly missed by her brother PJ, members of the extended family, her very wide circle of friends and neighbours in Ballina, Co Mayo, Spain, and in Killimor/Tiernascragh.

Breda will repose in St Joseph's Centre, Killimor (H53 T621) on Friday, 1st March, from 5pm with removal to St Joseph's Church, Killimor, at 7pm. Requiem Mass for Breda will be celebrated at 12 noon on Saturday, 2nd March. Breda will be laid to rest in Fahy Cemetery immediately after Mass.
