The death has occurred of Billy Dunleavy, Creevaghbawn, Togher, Tuam, Co. Galway, and formerly of Peake, Barnaderg, Tuam.

Billy passed away suddenly at home on August 4th 2024. Predeceased by his father Tom. Deeply regretted by his mother Bridie, brothers Pat & Murt, sisters Marie (Fahy) and Cathriona (Boyle), brothers-in-law, Fabian & Tony, sisters-in-law Teresa & Marie, his nieces and nephews Sandra, John, Darren, Kieran, Aoife, Ronan, Danny, Shane, Cathal, Eanna & Niamh, and his grand nephew and grand nieces Adam, Lily & Mia and his extended family, neighbours and friends.

May His Gentle Soul Rest in Peace.

Reposing at St. Anne’s Funeral Home, Barnaderg, Tuam on Wednesday, 7th of August, from 5pm with removal at 8pm to his family home. Requiem Mass will take place at 12 noon on Thursday 8th of August in St. Mary's Church, Killererin, with burial afterwards in Creevaghbawn Cemetery. The Dunleavy Family appreciates your respect, support and understanding at this time. Billy will be reposing in the family home on Tuesday, 6th August for extended family, neighbours and close friends. House is strictly private on Thursday 8th of August. Family flowers only. Donations, if desired, to Diabetes Ireland.
