The death has occurred of Bill (William) Higgins, Cloonkeen Clare, Kilkerrin, Ballinasloe. Co. Galway on September 21st 2023, surrounded by his loving family in UCHG.
Pre- deceased by his wife Jacqueline, daughter Mary Teresa, brothers Mattie and Larry, sisters Bridget (Forde) and Mary (Griffen).
Bill will be sadly missed by his sons Martin, (Ashbourne, Co. Meath), Padraig, (Johnstown Bridge, Co. Kildare), Billy, (Cloonkeen), and Kevin, (Bray, Co. Wicklow), daughters Catherine (Kelly) (Abbeyknockmoy,) Eileen (Mattimoe) (Galway City), Jacqueline (Mannion) (Lavally), Bridget (Mannion), (Cloonagh), Mary, (Cloonkeen), Carmel, (Corofin), and Trisha, (Cloonkeen), 43 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, neighbours and many friends.
Reposing in Kilkerrin Community Centre (H53 K7F9) on Saturday 23rd September 2023 from
5pm to 8pm. Funeral mass on Sunday 24th September at 11am in St. Josephs Church Kilkerrin (H53 Y326). Burial afterwards to the local cemetery.
