Bernadette (Bernie) Biggins (née McGeough), Bridge Street Headford Co. Galway and formerly of Ballybay Co. Monaghan, 19th December 2023 in her one hundredth year, peacefully at UHG after a short illness. Deeply regretted by her beloved family, her sons Finbarr and David, daughters-in-law Mary and Esther, grandchildren Edel, Mark, Leanne, Laura, Conor, Thomas, Eva and great grandchild Sophia , nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives, neighbours, carers and friends. Bernie is predeceased by her husband Paddy, daughter Helen, sisters and brothers.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Reposing at Carey’s Funeral Home, Headford (H91 E6X9) on Thursday evening from 6pm until 7.30pm. Removal from her home on Friday morning, to arrive at St Patrick and St Cuana Church (Corner Chapel H91 V9F7), for requiem Mass at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in Cargin Cemetery. Mass can be viewed live on www.churchtv.ie/corner-chapel.
