Martin Austin Forde (Austie), Drumacoo, Kilcolgan, Co. Galway and formerly of Liscaninane, Claregalway passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff at the Galway Hospice surrounded by his loving family on Friday 15 th March, 2024. Predeceased by his parents Patrick and Anne Forde, his sister Breege and his brothers Johnny and baby Tommy.
Austie will be sadly missed by his loving wife Maura, brother Patrick and sister Mary (Cryan). He will also be greatly missed by his nephews, nieces, relatives, his wonderful neighbours in Drumacoo and his wide circle of friends.
Rest in Peace
Reposing at the mortuary at the Church of Our Lady of Knock, Lackagh (Eircode H65 N129) on Sunday 17 th March from 5 – 6.30pm. Funeral mass at 12.30pm on Monday 18th March. Burial afterwards in Cregg Cemetery (Eircode CH91 IEK7R).
Mass will be live streamed on www.lackaghchurchliveyoutube and can be listened to on the parish radio at 106.9.
