The death has occurred of Anne Freaney (née Heneghan), Mountain West, Oranmore, Co. Galway and formerly of Ballybane House, Ballybane, Galway. Anne passed away on December 15th, 2023, at her daughter Sabrina's residence surrounded by her loving family. Anne will be deeply missed by her husband John (Jackie), sons Martin and Johnathan, daughters Jacqueline (Beirne), Maria, Fiona (Van der Walt), Rosanna (Gorman), Lorraine (Corcoran), Monica (Heffernan), Edwina (Treacy), Genevieve (O'Hanlon), Alacoque (Graham) and Sabrina (Forde). Predeceased by her infant daughters Teresita and Samantha and son-in-law Liam, parents Mark and Nora, sister Marie (Creavin), brothers Michael, Pat and Fr. Martin. Sadly missed by her sister Veronica (Gill), brothers, Billy, Mark, Joe and Frank, her 30 grandchildren, daughter-in-law Helen, sons-in-law, Declan, Rochie, David, Trevor, Liam, Kieran, Philip, Ronan and Stephen, nieces, nephews and her extended family circle.
Reposing at Tearmann Mhuire on the grounds of the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore (H91XC61) this Sunday evening December 17th from 2pm to 4pm. Funeral Mass on Monday 18th in Church of the Immaculate Conception, Oranmore at 12 noon. Burial afterwards in the Old Cemetery, Oranmore. House strictly private Monday morning.
