Some homes in Galway may not have power restored until the weekend.
Around 25 thousand homes, farms, schools and businesses nationwide are now eleven days without power, since Storm Éowyn hit.
In Galway, there are 6 and a half thousand homes without power in pockets all over the county - and restore dates range from today into the weekend.
ESB Area Manager for Galway, Matt Cunningham, told Galway Talks the work ahead will be difficult and slow.
