No injuries have been reported following a fire near the Xerotech plant, which manufactures high-tech batteries.
Gardaí first received a report of a fire at around 7:15 this morning and it's understood staff left the building.
Emergency services remain at the scene, which is understood to be a shipping container, but the cause of the fire or level of potential damage is not yet known.
