Official opening date for Moycullen Bypass before end of November

It’s anticipated the Moycullen Bypass will be officially opened before the end of November.

The main works on the long-awaited €35m project began in January of this year.

Planning permission for the construction of 4.3km of new carriageway was granted in 2012.

Galway County Council’s Derek Pender has confirmed they are targeting an opening date no later than November 22nd
