Galway Bay fm newsroom – Three men are due to appear in court this morning in connection with a stabbing incident at Galway courthouse yesterday.
Emergency services were called when two brothers, one in his 20s and the other in his late teens, were injured in the foyer yesterday morning.
Both men were taken to hospital but it’s understood they didn’t sustain serious injuries.
The incident is believed to have been sparked by an ongoing feud between two families.
Three men were arrested at the scene and taken to Millstreet garda station for questioning.
One man in his late 40s, another in his mid 20s and a third in his late teens are due to appear before Clifden District Court this morning.
They’re charged with assault under the Non Fatal Offences Against the Person Act 1997 and also under the Weapons and Firearms Act 1990.
