Searches underway in the city for young Mayo man

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Searches are underway in the city today for a young Mayo man who went missing in the early hours of yesterday. (31/3)
21-year old Ben Garrett from Castlebar, who had been living in Galway and is in the army, was last seen leaving Carbon nightclub at Eglinton Street around 2 o’ clock yesterday morning. (Thursday)
Ben Garrett is described as about 6 feet tall, slim athletic build with short brown hair.
At the time he went missing he was wearing dark jeans and a light blue jumper with the Hollister emblem.
He has been living in Galway and is a member of the Defence Forces based at Renmore army barracks.
Anyone who may have seen Ben Garrett yesterday or today is asked to contact Millstreet garda station on 091 53 8000.
