Salthill prom reopens after Storm Ophelia

Galway Bay fm newsroom – The road at the promenade in Salthill has reopened following Storm Ophelia yesterday.
The popular scenic route was closed amid warning of coastal flooding and high winds.
City council crews were on site early today to clear debris and remnants left by the storm weather and the road has now reopened.
