NUIG professor awarded prestigious Cambridge fellowship

Galway Bay fm newsroom – A professor at NUI Galway has been awarded a prestigious fellowship at Cambridge University.
Professor Dáibhí Ó Cróinín from the History Department and the Moore Institute at NUIG has received the Parnell Fellowship in Irish Studies for the year 2017-2018.
The appointment by Cambridge University is offered every year to a distinguished Irish scholar or artist.
