European Commission officials to launch city Green Leaf designation

Galway Bay fm newsroom – Galway’s designation as a European Green Leaf city will be officially launched next Wednesday (1/3).

Representatives from the European Commission will travel to Galway to officiate at the event.

European Green Leaf is a designation awarded to the city in recognition of its commitment to the environment.

The launch will take place at City Hall next Wednesday.
